Nari Consulting informs you that the personal data you provide and that are acquired when requesting information and/or making contact—via smartphone or any other device used to access the Internet—as well as the so-called “browsing data” of users, will be processed in compliance with applicable legislation.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals; however, by its very nature, it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its proper functioning. Processing methods, logic, retention periods, and security measures.

Data processing is carried out also with the aid of electronic or automated means and is performed by Nari Consulting and/or by third parties engaged by Nari Consulting to store, manage, and transmit such data.

Personal data will be processed according to organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes indicated above, including data relating to logs generated by access to and use of web-based services, products, and services used, and in any case in a manner that ensures data security and confidentiality. Personal data will be retained for the periods provided for by applicable legislation.

With specific reference to personal data protection aspects, users/customers are invited, pursuant to Article 33 of the GDPR, to report to Nari Consulting any circumstances or events that may result in a potential personal data breach, in order to allow an immediate assessment and the adoption of appropriate measures. Data subjects are entitled to the rights set forth in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR. In particular, they may withdraw consent at any time, request rectification or updating of data, anonymization, restriction of processing, data portability, and erasure, where applicable.

Such rights may be exercised within the limits in which processing is not required by law or regulation. No automated decision-making processes or profiling activities are carried out.

Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR.
